At the gym where my lady and I go a couple times a year, they just installed a bunch of new cardio machines. The older and outdated treadmills that we were used to, the elliptical machines and stair climbers were updated with new machines that fully kept track of all kinds of metrics while I was in your workout, and some of them we realized even had interactive video displays that took you through various sites for entertainment as you worked out. Some of my number one video running trails included the sidewalks of Chicago, the Appalachian Trail and the hills of New Zealand. One additional brand new change in the gym was the updated shower rooms… Before they came and updated the showers, there was very little cool air blowing through the volume of air vents, and with the showers always running it was so humid that you could hardly ever catch a break to dry off. With all the updates, they had installed a brand new Heating, Ventilation and A/C program that apparently was designed to not only keep the inside temperature comfortable and cool all the time, but to also help take some of the humidity out of the air. The first time whenever I was able to take a shower there after the new program was installed, I swear, I could guess a very noticeable difference. The temperature in the shower room was unusually feeling slightly cool, but not cold. It was just the perfect temperature to help you to adequately cool off without cold you out, my lady noted that they had done the same to her ladies’ shower room as well. The new updates were a very nice compliment to the gym, and I am feeling so glad that every one of us have a nice and comfortable location to task out now.
