I entirely prefer when things are ironic. I recognize it is awesome anytime that happens. It is almost as though the universe is getting back at you in its way. Not too long ago, I found something online that I found absurdly ironic. Radon is pretty ironic when you know a little about it! First, what is radon? Radon is a radioactive gas that comes from the breakdown of uranium. Radon is not a good gas in the least. It is honestly very harmful for anyone to breathe in for long periods of time. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer… The gas decays entirely fast plus then in turn develops these radioactive particles. These dangerou particles are then breathed in by you. The dangerous particles wear away at the cells that line your lungs. That is how lung cancer is inevitably formed plus affects the rest of your life… You can’t tell when you are breathing it in though. The gas has no odor, taste or color. The only way to truly know if you are breathing it in is to get particular radon detector. Radon is utterly an all around horrible gas to deal with. Did you know that at one time radon was used to deal with cancer? That is right, the gas that caused the cancer was used to treat it. Talk about ironic right? So remember those particles that destroy cells? Well radon can totally destroy cancer cells too. That is the reason that back in the day radon therapy was used for cancer patients. In this day in age, doctors recognize that the gas does so much more harm than good… So the gas is no longer ironic.
- This electric bill is getting way too high
